LACMORA Jersey Ghee

LACMORA Jersey Ghee is prepared from Jersey cow milk using the traditional Bilona method. It has a smooth texture and a rich, mellow aroma that works well across everyday Indian cooking — from dals and khichdi to parathas and sweets. Made without added preservatives.

Fresh milk is collected and set into curd.

The curd is churned using the traditional Bilona method to separate butter from buttermilk.

The butter is then slowly heated until it turns into ghee.

The ghee is filtered, allowed to settle, and packed into glass jars.

No preservatives are added at any stage.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Always use a clean, dry spoon.

Refrigeration is not required. Ghee may firm up or turn grainy in cooler weather and become liquid in warmer weather — both are normal for ghee and do not affect the product.

Keep the jar tightly closed after every use.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
