Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatched within 2 business days. Delivered in 3–7 business days across India.
Shipping charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders within India.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹999 (calculated after any discount).
- The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by PIN code, and remote locations may take longer than the ranges given above.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking your order
Once your order is handed to the courier, a tracking link is shared by email and, where a number has been provided, by WhatsApp. You can also open your order confirmation page at any time using the order number.
Packaging
Ghee is packed in sealed glass jars and cushioned for transit. If a jar arrives damaged or leaking, do not use the product — photograph the parcel and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
Failed or delayed deliveries
- Please make sure the delivery address and mobile number given at checkout are correct and reachable — most delivery failures come down to an incomplete address.
- If a courier is unable to deliver after the attempts allowed by their policy, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control are outside the timelines given above.
