We describe our products as accurately as we can, including how they are prepared and what they contain. Colour, texture and grain of ghee vary naturally with the season and with temperature.

The ingredient list, nutrition information and best-before date printed on the pack you receive are the authoritative statement about that product. Where our website and the pack differ, the pack governs.

Nothing on this website is medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Our products are foods, not medicines, and we make no claim that they treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have a specific dietary or medical concern, please speak to a qualified professional.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
• If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraudulent use. Where payment has been taken, it is refunded in full.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Reviews are moderated before they are published. We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, unlawful, or that we cannot attribute to a genuine customer. By submitting a review you grant us permission to display it on this website.

The LACMORA name, logo, product photography, illustrations and written content on this site belong to LACMORA and may not be reproduced without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
